Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly by destination. We serve customers worldwide (excluding select areas in Asia and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium fitness products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Opened wearable technology (Apple Watches, Garmin, Fitbit devices)
  • Used health monitors and fitness technology
  • Any product with damaged or discarded original packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Return authorization number

Important: Ship using a trackable method. We recommend insuring high-value fitness equipment.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement once the original is received and inspected
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
