Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Fitness & Deals, we stand behind the quality of our premium fitness technology and equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened wearable technology (Apple Watches, Garmin, Fitbit devices)
  • Used health monitors and fitness technology
  • Any product where the original packaging has been damaged or discarded

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (4187 Cerullo Road, Louisville, US 40202)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Return authorization number

Ship using a trackable method. We recommend insuring high-value fitness equipment.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Processing Time:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the original is received and inspected
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Note: This policy applies to all regions we serve (excluding select areas in Asia). For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
